So I emailed the PDBR about my case because well its been a few months since I checked on a update from them.

This is what I got back

"The recommendation of the PDBR was forwarded to your service’s Designated Decision Authority (DDA) for their final decision in your case. We are not permitted to provide information pertaining to their recommendation.

Unfortunately, we have no control, or method to track the status of your case further once the Navy receives your case. Once a decision has been made in your case, you will be promptly notified.

We ask for your continued patience as your service’s DDA works to finalize your case. If you do not receive a decision in the next 180-days please send us an email and we will try and check on the status of your case.

So I am assuming this is good news and I was at least upgraded from 10% but not sure if it will be 30% but I guess I am reaching the end of the line with my case.

I am not sure if this is just a generic email they are sending though cause well I was in the Air Force so shouldn't it got to the AF DDA or maybe they just mistyped.

Also would they forward it to the DDA if there wasn't a recommendation for 30% retirement?

I got the same exact email back in December
 
I got the same email. I think they send it to the DDA regardless of if it changes or not. DDA makes the final decision
