I was medically discharged, order date 12Jan, and I have been waiting for the paychecks to start. I called Dfas to see what progress had been made and they told me they were waiting on the financial info from my branch of service. I am part of the National Guard, so could I just call the finance section at state headquarters to see what the holdup is?

I am also wondering about CRSC: on the dfas website it says it is retroactively paid to the date of the initial VA rating for the disability that caused the discharge. I received the VA rating in April of 2013, but wasn't discharged until last month. will they retroactive pay it until April 2013?
