I had a really bad case of GERD awhile back and they did and Upper GI . Used the barium and everything. and endoscope.

I get my QTC appointment and they only due xrays ??? not checking the dmg done to the esophagus by doing an endoscope ? xrays wont show dmg on the esophagus. why didnt they do the endoscope as well ?

Was that Upper GI within the last year? I had one back in 2005 and I had to get another one about 2 weeks for QTC. I was told I had to have another one because the other was so long ago.

Yes it was an upper GI . where you drink the barrium. and they role you over to test for acid reflux.
