GAD C&P Notes

I received my C&P results, but the areas that are checked for rating purposes is a little confusing to me. It seems like a few of the symptoms match 50%, but others match other percentages--

[X] Anxiety
[X] Panic attacks more than once a week
[X] Near-continuous panic or depression affecting the ability to function independently, appropriately and effectively
[X] Mild memory loss, such as forgetting names, directions, or recent events
[X] Obsessional rituals which interfere with routine activities

Any idea what I should expect? Does the VA average them or something? Thanks in advance y'all.

Social and occupational impairment I believe its question 4 what was checked there?

#4 is "behavioral observations"
The symptoms I posted first was under #3 which says " 3. Symptoms" , "for VA rating purposes, check all symptoms that actively apply to the veteran's diagnoses:"

Correction, I just found it. It states "occupational and social impairment with reduced reliability and productivity."
