Just FYI, for anyone curious about current wait times. I received my IPEB findings 1JUN and requested a FPEB. I just got notified today that the FPEB will be held 12DEC23 over zoom. Good news for me as I am trying to delay till APR24. Not so good news if you are in a hurry...

I really need some advice on how to plan my transition. Based on my FPEB date, I am confident that my final out will be in April 2024 (20 year longevity). I am in the process of setting up a skillbridge program. Hoping to do a six-month internship. How does my out-processing work? When will I take my terminal leave and PTDY and do all my out-processing? I assume I need separation orders to do a lot of that stuff? Can someone help walk me through that? Anyone been in a similar situation?
