Appreciate the continued up-to-date feedback in reference to your FPEB hearing and potential future PDRL determination with a PTSD unfitting medical condition.
With nearly similar situations referencing the type of disability retirement listing being sought after, I am highly interested in the feedback and final outcome of your FPEB hearing which shall hopefully lend me some additional assistance upon the receipt of my VARR request results during continued FPEB processing; thanks.

To that extent, I appreciate the status update with the specific strategical tactics employed during your highly successful accomplishment for a final PEB adjudication disposition!
In retrospect, the USAPDA IPEB previously determined a "permanent and stable" finding (which shall never improve) orthopedic condition, so pending receipt of favorable VARR results from a disability percentage perspective, I shall (once again) request a PDRL adjudication if the PEB doesn't recommend a permanent retirement upon their re-issue of my DA Form 199.
By the way, with a DoVA 100% (proposed) rating, you may potentially qualify for additional federal, state and/or local government incentives; therefore, enjoy your well-earned and well-deserved supplementary benefits!

Yeah I am not permanent and total so here in virginia I dont think I qualify for much yet. Its fine though but I will enjoy my property tax benefits....who knows though. SO am I waiting to sign a 199 because im not sure if this is it....really not sure what form this is...Any ideas?

DA (Department of the Army) Form 199 is only for the Army. Page 3 of the file you attached is what you need to sign to accept the findings.
Shows how much I know thanks. Im going to call the PEBLO tomorrow just to get an idea what happens now. Im assuming I am waiting for Navy PERS to send my command a retirement separation message of some sort. I wonder if they would let me use this form to get started on my retirement package.
Well, dependent upon each State's statues/rules/regulations, having either a DoVA 100% Schedular Total disability rating, a DoVA 100% Schedular Permanent and Total (P&T) rating, or a DoVA 100% Schedular TDIU rating would potentially qualify for additional federal, state and/or local government incentives...make the call then make that inquiry!
OK, I now believe I have a full comprehension of the distinctions between our DoD IDES MEB/PEB case files from at least an U.S. Army perspective.
If my assumption is valid, a VARR request wasn't completed prior to your demand for a formal PEB? Upon your election to demand a FPEB, the IPEB had an opportunity to reconsider its findings and recommendation prior to the formal hearing. The IPEB redacted their previously IPEB findings during the reconsideration because of "physical disabilities with a total disability rating of 80%, per the combined ratings table..."
To that extent, as informed by @Jason Perry's sound insight, acceptance of the PEB's finding would require your signature on page 3 of 3 "Formal Reconsideration Election of Options" of the document you provided during your previous posting.
Otherwise, everything looks good in my opinion! Again, just enjoy life to include your forthcoming military disability retirement after potential acceptance with a payroll signature!
