Peblo updated me i've been found unfit and package forwarded to VA
This seems to be moving along QUICKLY!!! I started this process barely the end of last year.

The waiting etc is really wearing me down and thankful things are moving like they are..... Anxiety/Depression is a real B!! I need to move on.

Just a point of reference...my package went to the VA (after being found unfit) on 31 January. I JUST got the call yesterday that my ratings were back. Took just about a month to the day. Now I have 10 days to accept or rebut. The system seems to squeak some packages through quickly and then drag some on forever. Best of luck and hope this helps.

It really feels as if they are rushing me out Lol....
They probably see it as... the less appointments at base
medical the better.
Less service connection etc.
Probably just my mind playing tricks on me.

Either ways I'm going back to pcm and requesting more physical therapy
Its truly a shame how people suck stuff up and push through.
Then once MRIs xrays and sh#t come out people are shocked how
Messed up you are. Now seems to me I'm being pushed out the door.

Physically mentally and emotionally drained.....and I'm documenting
It all.

Sorry for the rant....and thanks for the timeline!!

So is there an idea on time frames after an acceptance or rebuttal?

Ranger has an excellent exceel spreadsheet listed on MEB/PEB thread I think.

It will take you a few months bud, I would say 3 to 5 months you will be out. You have one of the fastest cases that I have ever seen. It took me almost a year and that was with me doing a Congressional Inquiry and keeping on the Navy's butt. God bless and good luck to you bud. Take care.

Lucky.... Mine went smooth until va prt. Now waiting in limbo for almost 2 months now.

In the last several months, I have seen increased speed of cases across all services. It is hard to give concrete timelines- but, you can look at the timeline spreadsheet by ranger2992 for some examples of recent timelines.

Good reference, but the averages don't seem to be right lately. Most of those cases are before November 2012. Seems to slow down lot sense then with a few slipping through the cracks. I got 3 people telling me different stories. I have msc saying it takes 11months for claim to go through, got peblo saying 30 days, and va saying they haven't received exams and I'm still in development stage. I already miserable being in Alaska. This process doesn't make it my life any easier.

I have always been of the opinion that it is very hard to estimate how long the process will take in any case. I have always seen a huge spread between cases in how long it takes. Sometimes, cases move fast. Other times, I see cases move at a glacial pace. Looking at others cases can give an idea of trends. But, bottom line, cases take however long they take. However, I do see cases speeding up as a trend. Does not mean this will hold true in any individual case.

So proper. Do you use spell check? Seems your talking to me in person. Lol my guess it is maybe because of holidays from the past few months. Always good to have a place to look!

Yeah i figured comparing cases is a waste of time.
I should be fortunate im moving along at this pace?
Well part of my dilemma has been solved. I found National University starts classes every month. Here in San Diego and in Sacramento. Bingo ...Bango!!
I was horribly worried i would have a huge gap with semesters etc. getting GI bill pay set up and dispersed.
I know there will still be some delay but at least i know i can start it up whenever.

Most likely won't put up a huge fight for retirement. I found a Radiation Therapist Degree i want to make sure i complete or at least make a good solid run at it. Severance check seems like a good move in that aspect.

I was found unfit on jan 28 and I just spoke to the va they said my claim is in the notification stage and should have my percentages back soon

Good luck! Hope ya'll get your ratings soon! My husband just got his unfit memo today.. So, hopefully in another month or two or whatever, he'll have his ratings.

Yeah i don't know about a memo...just emailed my peblo and he just stated its off to VA unfit.

So....do any of you know much about National University? I was just talking to a guy (vet) at a class i went to and he said the school worked great for veterans on GI Bill/ vocational rehab etc.

Nice!!!! THANK YOU i really needed those reviews.
I see this school should be a good fit
For me and the family.

Of course its not Yale..... by a long shot.
But I've gotta be realistic....Timeframe/price/flexibility.

Thanks again.
