I was found fit because my nma stated i wanted to stay in and I never mentioned I wanted to and my original nam never mentioned that part. I was referred for migraines and ptsd and claimed 15 other conditions. I get out in about 3 months and was wondering whats going to happen with the rest of my va claims once I'm out? I do plan on appealing, has anyone seem any similar situation with the nma stating member desire to stay in and having it overturned?
