I have been reading this site ever since I was first informed that I would be undergoing an MEB. I finally decided to upload my own timeline because I don't see many case timelines from people at Fort Gordon. Here's my timeline so far. Started off really slow, everyone in my chain of command was confused about what was going on, I don't think they deal with MEBs very often...

Feb 26, 2015: Physical therapist said he would put in a referral for an MEB due to the chronic nature of my condition
April 20, 2015: PCM finally sent up referral for an MEB, after a lot of confusion on who was suppose to send it up. Was coded 37.
Jun 23: Initial MEB appointment at Shaw AFB with new PCM.
July 22: PEBLO received CC letter from Commander.
July 29: received MEB results from PEBLO, was told I would not return to duty and they are going forward with the full Board.
Aug 5: MEB briefing with PEBLO and VA MSC to start develop claims.
Aug 24: C&P exam at Columbia VA
Sep 11: PEBLO received NARSUM. I agreed with everything on there, so I decided not to rebuttal. Signed 618. PEBLO sent case to AFPC.

Now just waiting on my ratings. PEBLO said that it usually takes 2-3 months to get results. But I've been reading on here and people seem to be getting their ratings back in about a month to a month in a half. I'm really hoping mine goes just as fast, especially considering I only have a couple disability claims for my case.
 
Ebenefits just changed from "gathering of evidence" to "pending decision approval." I think it's getting close! Trying not to get my hopes up too much though, since I know people on here have said ebenefits is messed up a lot of the time.
 
Mines hasn't change yet still under review under in the next couple of days I see am right behind you. I hope they come on am ready to start leave and begin life And then hopefully I can be out before Xmas I will keep you posted thanks
 
I was just curious if anyone knows since my ebenefits changed to "pending decision approval" if that means that AFPC has released my AF form 356?
 
So I just called the VA hotline and they told me my claim was decided and sent out on September 28th. But I asked my PEBLO on October 1st if she had heard anything and she said no. I guess my case is still at AFPC? I want to keep asking my PEBLO every so often for an update but she sounds really annoyed every time I ask her about my case, and sometimes doesn't answer. I tried calling AFPC just to see if they had received my proposed ratings from the VA but they wouldn't tell me anything. So now I'm just waiting for something to let me know what's going on...
 
How long you been waiting on rating ? So far I been waiting 26 days
 
I've been waiting 25 days now, so it's going pretty quick. But no one will really give me answers other than the VA hotline
 
Is the hotline automated? If so what is the number Also
When I go to ebrnefits it say pre for decision and range from 4 October to 25 October for being complete. What does yours say? Again thanks and I can't wait until this ordeal is over
 
Also how often do they change the ebrnefits web site after midnight or anytime ?
 
It's automated at first until you get a representative. It's always really busy so they save your number and call you back when it's your turn in line. They always call back in about half an hour from when I called them. The number is 1800-827-1000. And my ebenefits never said preparation for decision, I only saw it say pending decision approval. But when it changed to pending decision approval, my date range changed from October 5-October 8. It still says that now even though when I called them they said it was finished and sent out. But I'm not too sure about when the change the site, I think they can anytime. I also can't wait for this to be over, it's such a long stressful process. Good luck though! Roger will do when rating come in hopefully 100 percent for both of us. Finger cross !!!
 
Just check ebrnefits it say case closed so hopefully I get the call tomorrow finger cross will keep you posted
 
Talked to my PEBLO today and she said my case is in the final stage and it could be any day now that they get the ratings back...have you heard anything Allan0320?
 
No haven't heard anything I talk with mind and she said the same thing anyday here at fort Stewart will keep you posted thanks
 
Talked to my PEBLO again yesterday. AFPC told her my ratings are done, now she's just waiting for them to send it to her. Apparently it could be a few weeks. Not sure why it would take that long to send an email..
 
**November 3, 2015: Finally received my ratings!! PDRL 30% DOD, 60% VA. Happy with my results :) now just have to sign it and then just waiting for orders!

Indeed, congratulations on your recent receipt of IPEB findings! :D

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer!"
