Fort Eisenhower (Gordon) - Timeline

My IDES claims still showing pending decision since May 16th, no movement. But there is some glimmer of hope, they opened a new dependents claim on July 29th, and was told they need to open that once things are about to wrap up, hoping to get some good news on Friday. Crossing fingers.
Have you checked the VA to see if your claim exists, and if so is it showing open or closed?

Small update. VA claim updated yesterday 08/08 with preparing decision letter and on the Google Chrome extension VA tracker, it is showing Pending Decision Approval. So hopefully we wrap up soon.

Hell yeah, man! Still got those fingers crossed for you!
My VA Claim closed and I got a rating, waiting on DA 199 now, still in shock! Didn't even get proposed rating just went straight to a complete rating.

Fantastic! Have to wait until Monday to get the numbers?

Looking like 90 overall, 50 for ptsd. I will probably appeal some stuff later, but just want to be done with it all. What a rollercoaster, I probably found out before my MSC or PEBLO did. Hoping things wrap up with the PEB next week.

So how did you get your numbers without hearing from your PEBLO or MSC? Did you call the VA?

I'm guard/reserve, my VA claim fully got decided and closed and posted my rating on the VA app.

What did you come percentage wise for your “referred” conditions?

Same for me bro…reserves 28 years the VA rating decision is the final decision not proposed

50% - if I read all the stuff right, if my referred condition is rated 50% by the VA, the DOD/Army has to adopt my 50% as my rating too for their side. Which would mean medical retirement and/or TDRL/PDRL.

That’s excellent bro. What I was told by the OSC lawyer that this was the only time being a reservist helped me, they proposed PDRL instead of TDRL. Then again I had 28 yos

We're just waiting on the DA199 now - crossing my fingers that we close out before end of the month. Very thankful for the entire process. It has been crazy roller coaster. I had to check the VA app again today to make sure I wasn't hallucinating during the weekend. It's happened quite a few times.

Just wanted to give my timeline out of Eisenhower since this whole process started. Probably could have been done a little sooner had VES not drug their feet on appointments and turning over DBQs to the VA. PEBLO has been awesome and responsive when contacted.
