I was told that mines was at the distribution stage lastTuesday and that it would be any day now. Here we are a week later and nothing. I called my peblo and she said she received an email saying it was pulled from distribution because something needed to be fixed but any day now was what she said today. This process is so freaking stressful.

I was told this is false by my PEBLO, I don't remember when he said the 180 day rule applies but its not when you get referred. If that was the case I'm almost at a year from when I was referred, and 7 weeks from when my expedite memo was submitted.180 days since starting MEB referral.
Basically what I was told is your case gets up in priority after 180 days. Im out now and my ratings were finalized and got my VA service connected card. Was referred Nov 2nd. Signed out on ets leave on April 13th.
