After hounding my PEBLO the past 2 weeks regarding my NARSUM as my exams were completed initially in April and I had an additional appointment in July . She emailed me today and said they received it and was now getting approval signatures and I should be able to review it in 7- 10 days.

I want to be as prepared as possible when I am reviewing my NARSUM. What are the key things I should be looking for? I already plan to have MEB Legal review it with me and if I have to I will request an impartial medical review. My main concern is that, my physical exam was almost 5 months ago and my referred condition (multiple right knee reconstructions) had gotten worse. My ROM is not the same, I'm in a great deal more pain, my knee cap is catching/ locking. I have also been told by my surgeon that I have bone spurs, little to no cartilage in my knee, traumatic arthritis, and will require a cartilage replacement surgery which requires a lengthy recovery (1 year) and I will most likely need knee replacement surgery at some point. I want my packet to reflect all of this obviously!!! Are these things I can request when I rebutt my NARSUM?

Thanks in advance everyone!
