Much to the shock of everyone involved with my case, I was found FIT by the IPEB today. Once I ask for a formal board, does anyone have an idea of how long it will be before I get on the docket and have my case heard in DC?

i had my IPEB come back as unift a couple days before July 4th and submitted my request for FPEB. I received word back that a board was granted on AUG 30. FPEB date is 16 November and hearings are already being booked into DEC. Once step at a time though and focus on just getting substantial and convincing evidence sent to the board for your FPEB request.

Thanks! I was hearing DEC/JAN as well so it seems to be verified now. I don't think the IPEB members even looked at what was sent up. 4 years worth of documentation and multiple letters from previous commanders to verify. Not sure what else to send them at this point. Heard that a lot of people are getting FIT decisions even though the evidence clearly shows an UNFIT decision should be made.

Just got assigned counsel yesterday. Just keeping it up to date.

Its been asked previously...What are your referred conditions?

IF you don't mind me asking what was your referred condition? I submitted my rebuttle a few days ago... I'm hoping that I won't even have to go to DC but I'm honestly lost on how that all works.

My referred condition is Severe Fibromyalgia. You generally dont have to go to DC for FIT to UNFIT cases. There is a teleconference option available for you to attend. This is the method I am going with. I'll let you know how it turns out.
