Formal PEB help

I was found unfit for coccydenia(tailbone pain after having it removed), and fit for a handful of other conditions. During my narsum I did not have supporting documents to support unfit for Degenerative disk disease and right sciatica. My ratings are back and I received a sneak peak proposed of 10%DOD and 80% VA. Im waiting on my 199 any day now and will request a formal PEB to have my Degenerative disk disease (10% va) and right sciatica (10% va) found unfit. My question is how long does it take to get the board date and also is it possible that a "drug deal" as my PEBLO calls it will be conducted and I never have to show up to the board?

Indeed, I have read on the PEB Forum of some military service members in the DoD IDES process who were successful with the "drug deal" and not having to request a Formal PEB hearing or not having to proceed with a Formal PEB hearing for resolution of their specific concern.

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."
