I've been waiting for my fit/unfit memo for a little over a month and my CoC have continuously asked me what's taking so long because we were under the impression that it take 15 days to determine fitness. My PEBLO has been on leave Nd no one in the MEB office has answers. Can someone please advise me on what I should do?

My package went to AFPC on 15 july if it makes you feel any better, still no memo, no movement on my e-bennies or anything. I really am beginning to think someone caught wind of the drastic icnrease in MEB's being used as a shaping tool and they are under scrutiny.

Wow! That sucks my ebenefits never changes but after I posted this I got my memo which was dated Aug 26! I was also told to be expecting an email about a new system being put into place where people in the IDeS can track their case better. Shall see how this works!

I understand the frustrations, especially not being told things. I for one was never notified I was unfit by memo. From the get go, everyone knew I was unfit, so the question never came up in my situation.
Being proactive on your stuff will make things better for you in the long run. If you have any more questions ask away!

I knew I would be found unfit as well. It's just a pain when the CoC asks every week and my PEBLO never gives an answer. My unit is training for deployment so I understand their frustration. I'm a medic and they need a replacement, this MEB process is stressful esp when your PEBLO doesn't pass information like they should
