First C&P exam

I have my first C&P exam tomorrow. I am very nervous because a bad exam can ruin my case. My dod claims are my wrist & shoulder instability. I have more then one problem with my wrist for example wrist sprain, tendinitis, tfcc tear, carpal, arthritis, tenosynovitis, and frozen wrist joint with loss of movement. My question is will each problem be rated or will they be grouped together? Any words of advice about the c & p exam? Thank you

I had 3 different c&p exams...Mental health, hearing and general physical. I don't know if they rate what you mentioned separately. I have my c&p exams and certain things I claimed would have several different questions pertaining to that certain disability...whether they combine it or rate it separately...idk I'm sure someone else does. When it comes to your c&p exam...it really is hit or miss with the examiner. My hearing c&p exam went horrible...the doctor was rude, waved his hands in my face and walked out of the room. I was literally shocked and not looking forward to my general physical exam at all...and oh man...I couldn't have had a better doctor for my general physical. He was polite, thorough, and very caring. I hope you have the same experience and treatment that I received for that appointment. Anyway, just relax your mind and write down everything you want to bring up and read it tonight and tomorrow so you don't forget anything due to stress or nerves ya know? Good luck.

Wrist and shoulder will go off your range of motion of that particular joint. Don't know if they will group together or not.

carpal tunnel is a nerve condition so that's separate from everything else i know for sure. other stuff is seperated by each major joint which wrist/shoulder are both.

you should of done this months ago but go to militarydisabilitymadeeasy.com and you can see how conditions are rated
