ebenefits question new ratings

On ebenefits under disabilities my new ratings "status post anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) (previously evaluated as DC 5010-5237 cervical spine arthritis) (also claimed as cervicalgia)" at 10%

Previous rating "cervical spine arthritis" 10%
(secondary) cervical radiculopathy, right upper extremity (dominant) 20%
(secondary) cervical radiculopathy, left upper extremity (nondominant) 20%

It shows both the new and old. If I understand it correctly the secondary conditions now fall under the new rating of "status post anterior cervical discectomy and fusion" and the old 10% rating is just historic and not calculated in ratings. Right?

If that is true.....70%+10%+20%+20%=80%(83) under VA math. This would give me DoD 80% and VA 100% P&T(unchanged).

Max on DoD is 75%. Best wishes. Mike

@chaplaincharlie that's 75% of what your DoD rating is, so 80% DoD would be 60% of retirement. Or am I mistaken? Which only matters for my CRSC anyway being 100% P&T. I can also only claim the 70% that will be(according to initial memo) eligible for CRSC. Biggest thing I am wanting is the Tricare to make VA treatment optional.

80% DoD is capped at 75% of high 3.
