Dual process hold up

First good morning everyone. 12 years of service and my first incident. Long story short had a run in with civilian law October 2022 and charges were dropped and I was cleared two months later. I’ve been in the MEB process since March 2023 for PTSD. Unfortunately even though charges were dropped my unit still pursued admin separation for chapter 14-12C. I had my admin board July 2023. Packet got lost and was found again and supposedly sitting with my General now as of last week. Almost a year later I’m still waiting this out and my question for those who’ve been in my situation was how long did it take the general to decide which route to go? Almost a year later I’m sure you can imagine my symptoms have got worse dealing with all of this so I’ve still consistently been seeing behavior health to be safe. I feel this was dragged out intentionally to wear me out and see if I mess up. Just speculation of course. Also if CG decides to let me medboard can i deny it and request separation? I’m over it and I don’t want to wait another 40-60 days for PEB, VA etc.. I know the consequences of not going through with the MEB but I’m fed up. I don’t understand why it’s taking the general over a week to read a board summary and make a decision. For reference I was told I would be 70% DoD for Ptsd unofficially of course.
