Rating decisions are made through the C&P process. I doubt any C&P examiner reads an entire record! Mine filled three file boxes.
Okay. My C&P exams matched the same criteria for a 60% rating. Does that mean I will most likely get that?
After the C&P examiner submits the ratings to the VA, the paperwork is examined an d then reviewed. If the paperwork is in order and your rating matches the 60% criteria you will most likely get that percentage from the VA, If DoD finds the condition unfitting then DoD must use the VA percentage. If you are over 20 you will be eligible for CRDP.
