Ok so question is if the DOD ratings come back good. However they don't rate me on a few conditions that I have been diagnosed then how do I appeal just that portion of the VA findings. Like if they don't rate me for my arthritis and T Spine. How do I get that added to my complete package.

You can have new conditions added at the FPEB (if you have more unfitting conditions.)

The VA reconsideration only reviews unfitting conditions.

If you want new diagnosis added to the VA claim I would contact your VA caseworker. Just be prepared to file an appeal after separation if they can't have them added now.

There are too many unknowns to give specific advice. Above is some general info that will hopefully help.

The issues were already addressed in my MFR won't that be a start. Also I would hope my bulging disc in my T Spine would be considered unfit at the same time all of my conditions not addressed in the C&P were brought to attention in my MFR just had a previous entries I stated about my representative told me to be vague so there I added conditions together like gout and planter facetious into right foot condition like he advised me to do so. However if I would have wrote down the conditions for each condition then it would have been addressed line by line like it should be. It's like they give you some of the tools to do most of the work but they hand you a puzzle and say put it back together with all the minor pieces missing. If they would guide you the right way it would make this process much easier. It seems no matter which way I turn there is another wall standing in my way. It's like we really have no say in what really happens. I guess if this doesn't go right I will appeal. It seems they try to pull the wool over our eyes or put so many walls in our way just to try to get you to give up. Why? Theyd should make it easier, it seems all the fake conditions people try to claim has everyone involved being biased to the DOD but when a truly hurt individual had foundations of their conditions it's still so hard to break through the walls . I guess one day at a time
