Is there any case laws on the appeal process yet for the pilot program.
I appealed my rating through the VA, I recieved a SOC, and recently recieved a SSOC.
In the SSOC the VA has increased my 0% rating to 50%.
They give me two choices:
1) I wish to continue my appeal to the Board of Veterans Appeals.
2) I Do Not wish to continue my appeal to the Board of Veterans Appeals.
I'm waiting for a service rep to contact me about this, my question is what is the process for me to go back and now get medically retired?
