Hello,

My last active duty day was August 13th. I still haven't seen anything in e benefits related to my claim. Proposed rating were 70% DOD and 100% VA. Do I need to submit my DD214 to VA in order to kick off the payment process ?

No, but still upload the DD214 to E-benefits or VA.gov. The VA, DFAS and others use this document. Example, CRDP, CRSC...

RonG can provide more information on pay

Upload it to be safe. Federal record holders have been greatly affected by the pandemic. The DD-214 is extremely important to start VA benefits.

Yes you must upload your DD-214 in E-Benefits.
