I was informed yesterday that my packet was sent from VA Seattle back to the PEB. The VA mailed a letter to my house and ratings were complete on thier side, just need to send my DD214 after seperation. From what VA said is the PEB was sent the packet on 15 June, any ideas how long to it takes to sign the DA199?

That’s almost the same info I got. My packet was sent back on the 12th. Called the VA and asked to have a copy faxed and they said I had to wait 15 days before they could fax it. My PEBLO has had no word from the PEB about the case so I asked her to try and find out.
Keep me updated, looks like we'll be racing to the finish line.
Two weeks after the Seattle VA center sent my packet back to the PEB at Lewis, my DA 199 was forwarded to Hawaii (8 Jun). I signed the DA 199 on 11 Jun and tomorrow, 25 Jun, I am receiving my orders. Not sure why so many are having such insanely different time-lines. There must be a number of people assigned to a set amount of cases and I'm sure some people work faster than others based of their experience. That is the only logical explanation I can think of when it comes to this phase of the PEB process.
My package was sent from the VA (Rhode Island) to the Washington DC PEB on April 18th. I received my ratings in the mail a few weeks later, yet I still have yet to even get a fit/unfit from the PEB. My ebenefits has shown "pending decision approval" since April as well. My peblo to this day has no updates, and wouldn't even know where my package is currently at if I didn't tell her. They REALLY need a tracking system for peblos on the USMC side of the house.... I mean... I've had the ratings for 2 1/2 months now... is it too much to ask for a simple Fit/Unfit? If they would just tell me which one it is I'd let them take their sweet time finishing my case while I look for a job. I just hate not knowing anything!
I can understand your frustration, but if the VA rated you, you were found to be "unfit". Since there is nothing for you to sign after the PEB determines their finding of "fit" or "unfit", the package goes to straight to the VA. On the Army side, we receive a Pre-DA 199 once the PEB determines "fit" or "unfit", but there is nothing for us to sign for the MEB/PEB to continue on through the next steps. Your PEBLO should have been able to tell you months ago that you were found "unfit" but since you were rated by the VA after the PEB, you already know your result of your MEB/PEB. The actual DA 199 is sent from the PEB back to the PEBLO for us to either agree or disagree with the findings. You should be at this stage right now. Since I am not a Marine, I have no idea what forms your branch of service uses or how much different the process works. If you would have been found "fit" your case would have never went to the VA for a rating and your VA claims would have been deleted as if they never happened.
what marine corps base on you out of?
I am army out of ft leonard wood, was seen unfit, and the VA is done with my claim, but I never got a pre-199...should my peblo be able to show me this? Also is it reasonable to expect to be able to be home by september if I am still waiting for my 199?
Once the peb is done with your case they will send it back to peblo. Keep in contact with your peblo asking if its back. once again once va is done they send it to the peb, then they sign off on it then it gets sent back to peblo and you
