Is anyone else having trouble trying to get the DA Form 199 its been 20 days for me received my ratings but waiting to sign the DA Form 199 from the PEB

Generally it takes 2-4 weeks to get a 199 after the ratings come back. I would assume you will see them soon.
Whatever you do. DO NOT lose a copy after you get it. I"m trying to track mine down 25 years later-- and its next to impossible to find a copy.
Really. I got a copy of my "Unofficial" Proposed Ratings on VA Seatlle Letter Head dated 6/6/13. They look ok. Just waiting on DA199. PEBLO said i should probably see it this week.

It is a little more than just typing it up. The PEB convenes and adjudicates your case. When that is done, they send it to an analyst to type it up, and then finally it goes to the president to be signed. Remember, your case isn't the only one there. There is more to this than you are thinking about. If your PEBLO said this week, more power to them. That is a good news story.

I asked some one else this and they said "no they have never heard of it happening"
But have you ever heard of PEB changing the Referred Conditions ratings on the DA199 from the VA Proposed Ratings?
The PEB is required by law to use the VA supplied ratings.
The last thing I want to do is offend you, but I am going to risk it anyway. You need to relax a little and allow this system to work. Getting wrapped around all these "what if's" is not really doing anything other than worrying yourself into a hurt locker. Just wait until you get the piece of paper in your hand before you start to speculate about anything. You will be much better off for it and a lot less stressed out.

b. don't worry about it you can't offend me these are words, ideas and thoughts...people that let words, ideas or thoughts offend them really show a pretty high level of ignorance. Thoughts and ideas are meant to be shared, that is one of the most important ways a person can expand their knowledge and mind. Your point is very accurate and believe me I not only try but I tell others to do the same thing.
Family has already moved also...so I'm alone just going through the "process". I'm sure I have some anxiety (although I think all of us probably do). On top of that since I was about 5 I have had Obsessive Compuslive Disorder (works great when you are doing a layout or your locker). So I find I'm completely fine for a few weeks....then as "something" approaches, some new step...I find I have to learn everything and every possible piece of info I can or I just freak out. Once I gather the info I'm pretty good again for another week or two. lol
I'm in an OK place right now just waiting on the 199.
