Curious About Possible Rating for My hand

I got my C&P exam back but the part where my hand was covered really confuses me and any opinions would really help to put the constant worrying that accompanies this this MEB at ease. Heres what it says, thanks in advance:

ONSET: MAR11, While deployed. While running from bed to bunker during rocket attack, hit edge of mirror with nondominant hand, glass sliced along dorsal hand and lacerated exensor tendons to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th fingers. Had Tendonplasty in MAR1, with Occupational Therapy. Got most of motion back but has persistent left hand weakness 2+/5 versus 5/5 dominant right, decreased finger extension left II 4+/5, left III 2+/5 and left IV2-/5 versus 5/5 on all digits on right hand.

TREATMENT: Tendonoplasty, Occupational Therapy

MEDICATION: Naproxen
FREQUENCY: As Needed
RESPONSE: Slight
SIDE EFFECT: GI upset

Does service member currently have N=NO Y=YES
Pain Y Weakness Y Stiffness Y
Swelling Y Heat N Redness N
Instability N Locking N Fatigability Y
Triggering Y Arthritis N
Flare-ups: Yes
a. Severity: Moderat
b. Frequency: 4 times weekly
c. Duration: 40 minutes
d. Precipitating factors: overuse
e. Alleviating factors: changing position, rest.
f. State to what extent per service member that flare up results in additional limitation of motion or functional impairment: decreased ability to use non dominant left hand. No brace needed
Surgeries left hand Extensor Tendonoplasty, repair of tendon slips to digits II, III, IV in MAR11. No prosthesis.
Effect of the condition on the service member's USUAL OCCUPATION: Decreased ability to lift or carry equipment with nondominat left hand.
Effect of the condition on the service member's Activities of Daily Living: none, with accomodations the service member can independently perform all ADL's

L-shaped laceration and surgical incision from proximal over 2nd Metacarpal distal to 2nd Metacarpal neck and 4th metacarpophalangeal joint, 10.0 x 0.2 cm, pale, flat, soft, superficial, mobile, nontender/ numb; with 0.5cm x 0.5cm raised tender knot over the 4th proximal phalanx extensor tendon.

I Know this was kind of a long read but once again, thank you in advance for any advice. I've been trying to research on my own and find out what I might be rated on my hand by the VA at the end of my MEB but have been unsuccessful

The Forearm and Hand Muscle Injuries

Nondominant

5307 Group VII.Function:Flexion of wrist and fingers.Muscles arising from internal condyle of humerus:Flexors of the carpus and long flexors of fingers and thumb; pronator
Severe 30%
Moderately Severe 20%
Moderate 10%
Slight 0%

5308 Group VIII.Function:Extension of wrist, fingers, and thumb; abduction of thumb.Muscles arising mainly from external condyle of humerus:Extensors of carpus, fingers, and thumb; supinator
Severe 20%
Moderately Severe 20%
Moderate 10%
Slight 0%

5309 Group IX.Function:The forearm muscles act in strong grasping movements and are supplemented by the intrinsic muscles in delicate manipulative movements.Intrinsic muscles of hand:Thenar eminence; short flexor, opponens, abductor and adductor of thumb; hypothenar eminence; short flexor, opponens and abductor of little finger; 4 lumbricales; 4 dorsal and 3 palmar interossei

Note: The hand is so compact a structure that isolated muscle injuries are rare, being nearly always complicated with injuries of bones, joints, tendons, etc. Rate on limitation of motion, minimum 10 percent.

If any joints/bones were injured, that shoould be rated independent of muscle/tendon injuries.
