CRSC

Will all my notes from day one when i started with PTSD treatment until present be good.

If they support a finding that your PTSD is combat related, then yes. Only reason I would not submit to show combat related is if th provider notes some other non-combat related stressor. Impossible to guess what is in your records.

it just a lot going on.. because from the MED process under findings it does state " combat ". see attached photo.

You aren't going to find anything out until you apply. We can't tell you if they will say yes or no, because every case is different.

The VA notes will help you no doubt, but it is up to you to connect all the dots to show the condition is combat related. For PTSD, the actual inccident report, or triggers that cause episodes will help. If your PEB paperwork shows combat, it will help. If you got a Purple Heart that is the icing on the cake.

CRSC is not a black and white process. The Board looks at everything and lays the burden of proof upon you to show combat relation. For example, a SM could be in Iraq for 15 months, have been on patrols, and spent the bulk outside the wire and not get CRSC. The Board wants to know what caused the PTSD in the form of an inccident, or group of inccidents that show that your PTSD was cased by armed conflict. An example would be

" I was performing a dismounted patrol in the Anbar Provience when out point man stepped on an IED. Our patrol then started taking fire as myself and another Marine went to give the point man aid. The point mans wounds were extensive, and we did the best we could to save him, but failed. As a result of this, I suffer nightmares twice a week, and am extremely anxious when walking down paths. I have provided a redacted copy of the original inccident, my VA treatment notes for PTSD, and a statement form Corporal "X" who was also involved in this firefight."

If you write your CRSC application this way, and have documentation to support it, you will have a much better chance to get approved. Your injury statement needs to be clear and to the point, and have paperwork to substantiate it.

I really wish the IDES set soldiers up for success and not just covering basic benefits. I only say this because I read about CRSC early in my MEB so when I met with the PA who wrote my 199, I was able to discuss the details that I want in the 199 and why. He actually appreciated the fact that I knew my shit, and said most soldiers just "settle" so to speak.
When I finally received my award letter, I sent my jump log, hazardous duty orders, and the 199 with my claim. A month later I received my award for 40% crsc, and month after that I'm getting an additional 500$ every month.

Sometimes less is better with CRSC. I could have sent 100x documents that had "parachute injury" on it but kept it simple. Just try and you'll get yes/no and why.

thank you all for the INFo.. but do you think I should just wait for my increase for ptsd.

I don't think you should, especially if you already have a combat-related condition. this would go ahead and get your CRSC approval and payment process started. Because once you are approved, the rating is sent to DoD for audit, then they will back pay you an appropriate amount, then it is sent to VA for the same thing. You'll immediately start seeing it in your monthly balance during this process too.
I was lucky and the PA that wrote my narsum encouraged me to seek out more than what the PEBLO, MSC, and briefings consisted of. So when he wrote it, he put the codes in aswell as verbatim accounts of 'hazardous duty' and 'parachute landing fall injury'. So all I sent was my parachute award, airborne school cert, jump log, and page 1 narsum. total wait time was about 3 months.

i only say do it now because you never know when policy changes and people get swept under the rug. claiming now would ensure your first claim is on point, starts the process, and adding to it would be just as easy

good luck
