I am currently waiting on a CRSC Reconsideration. I just got a phone call from an analyst checking the status of my claim.
He indicated that I have a accepted date of 30 AUG 2023, and that currently they are backed up about 120 business days.
They are currently processing claims received on 10 AUG 2023.
He also indicated that all Pact Act conditions are automatically applied regardless of when you filed them. Don't know if that helps anyone.
