See the section/part of the CRSC approval that presents combined ratings for different periods.
For each period, you will receive either the CRSC percentage cited that mirrors the same percentage in the VA compensation tables.
OR
The longevity portion of your retired pay.
Your entitlement is the lesser of the two (percentage or longevity) for each period. I think we discussed the process before. Your current percentage is 100%, but you will not be paid more than the longevity portion of retired pay.

Edited to add: At one time, retroactive payment of CRSC was paid about two months after the initial end of month CRSC. That process might have changed.
The table at the bottom breaks down your % that you were awarded, from what it looks like, your VA ratings bounced all over the place until finally settling in at 100% (again) back in 2019. Going forward, unless there are any changes to your VA ratings (i.e., decrease(s) which it can do) that your CRSC is based on, you "should" stay at 100%. Now, as Ron said above, you're capped based on longevity or the percentage, whichever is the lower of the two.
