Good Morning. I was awarded CRSC for about $700. I received my first payment on September 1. I was awarded CRSC dating back 6 years (not sure what that means). Should I be receiving back pay are there cases where no back pay was awarded?

The first payment of CRSC often precedes retroactive CRSC by two months or so.
Does your CRSC approval show a retroactive effective date AND was your retired pay reduced by the amount of the VA compensation you received during a retroactive period?

CRSC Effective Date goes back to April 2016. Yes my retired pay was reduced due to the VA Waiver.

barring any unforeseen circumstances with DFAS's audit, you will be sitting pretty good with that
My CRSC start dates says 2011, but I think from what I have read and heard it only goes back 6 years.
