National Guard Member with 23 years, but only 52, so CRDP is not an option at this time.
So was 80 percent VA, I have now just been increased to 100 VA. I currently get a little over 600 in my regular retirement under chapter 61 and 4 dollars CRSC. Now that I will be going to 100 percent, my VA will be more than my retirement and I wont get the 600. Will my CRSC go up at this point now?

Thanks

Fairly reasonable that your CRSC *should* go up since it appears you're getting a residual, which reduces your CRSC payment. How many points did you retire with, along with your grade and how long did you hold it? Or even better, your High-36 if you know it?

I had points for 6 years 8 months of active duty time. Base Pay = 2705.50, = 451.25
75 Percent DOD X 2705.50 = 2030.62

Total points were: 2456

Hello,

Previous info: “National Guard Member with 23 years, but only 52, so CRDP is not an option at this time.

If the figures you provided earlier are gross amounts, they (residual Ret pay and CRSC) are the full amount of the longevity portion of your retired pay, which is a CRSC ceiling.

$600 + $4 = full amount of longevity (if you furnished gross amounts) and the total amount paid by DFAS (likely all CRSC)
