I am currently 100% service-connected with the VA receiving a 100% VA compensation benefits. I am also, 100% combat-related for CRSC as of June 2019.
My CRSC benefit is currently based on LOS calculations via my Chapter 61 criteria.
QUESTION: If I apply for and get awarded individual unemployability UI from the VA will my monthly CRSC be increased to what the VA pay tables reflect based on my 100% VA compensation, or will it remain the same as my LOS calculations via my Chapter 61 criteria?
I ask because I have not worked in 20 years, I get SSDI and until I was recently awarded CRSC (June 2019) there were no grounds for me to apply for UI individual unemployability as I had been receiving the max benefit amount from the VA.
