Covid Timeline and Questions

Your dbq should be available in about two days or less in your documents page on tricare online and you can estimate your rating based on what's selected
Your right I just look the box checked was Occupational and social impairment with deficiencies in most areas, such as work, school, family relations, judgment, thinking and/or mood. So I think 70% percent is pretty clear here.

As long as you have one of the symptoms under the 70% criteria, you should be awarded that rating

Well I contacted my contracted provider and they said they can schedule me for an eye and hearing test, nothing else can be scheduled apparently. I will probably contact them again if I don't get an email about the appointments being scheduled. I just can't believe getting the exams has been so difficult so far.

It's a step in the right direction. I'm sorry there's still set backs. Thank you COVID... keep your head up!

If it helps at all, I've been told that any exam that requires the mask to be removed and can't be through telehealth is not authorized to be scheduled.

Yes it is, a slow and painful one but progress hopefully.

Yes that's what I was told too, I understand it to an extent but it is still incredibly frustrating considering this is the beginning of the process to get ratings.

I just got off the phone w/VES and she said they have the greenlight to schedule...will post an update when I call back on Thursday for a status update if I'm not scheduled by then.

Well that is really good news. I may try to call again if that is true. Where are you located, if you don't mind me asking? I hope it applies for overseas as well.

Is anyone else having trouble with their MSC leaving them in the dark? Mine is the absolute worst and has a problem with me emailing him and asking questions about the status of appointments.

Honestly, once they input your claim, the MSC is less informed than you are. I would call QTC to schedule if this is what you're waiting on.

Definitely this. The VA and MSC haven't gotten back to me at all during this time period and my PEBLO had no information when I talked to them. All the 'answers' I have gotten have been through contacting the people who are scheduling my appointments directly.

I am OS myself - Ramstein.

Have you had any updates or emails about scheduled appointments? I called again last week and they did say they were rescheduling but I have not gotten anything yet.

Has anyone in MD/VA been able to schedule w/ QTC yet?

Currently with VES and overseas but I have heard other people getting appointments through QTC in your area.

I guess a better question is: does anyone have a phone number for QTC? I can't seem to find anything.
