confused about ebenefits

My ebenefits went from preparation for notification to under review. It does show the benefit verification letter with how much the pay is and everything but why would it go back to under review instead of complete. Also the pay showing is a couple hundred less than it should be.
 
do they have your dd214? that may be the last pieced of evidence they need.
 
Yup sent that in May 1st. My initial claim thru ides closed and another opened last week. I don't know why that happened but it did. Now the new one says it's under review and that the notification letter has been sent. I called the va but they won't tell me why three if my dependents are not listed. They said that's why the pay is almost 300 less a month. Also they didn't know why it was still under review. All he said was I had to wait for the notification letter and a payment was authorized for the back pay today.
 
You IDES was closed because they are unofficial ratings, the new claim claim that was opened us you official rating ( your unofficial rating from IDES being reviewed)

Ebenefits is unreliable and if your back has been authorized then that means your new claim is finalized and you have ratings on the way in the mail

Did you fill out the dependency form before you retired?

Yes I did fill it out with the va coordinator that worked with the peblo and it even shows it was uploaded. But The guy I talked to today said that they only have two of my kids listed. So my wife and other two kids aren't on their. But he wouldn't give me any info as to why. I just hope this doesn't turn into a long process getting them added and paid for them
