Commander Violation Options after Forced Out???

I am unsure if this is the proper thread for this (please move if needed),

I had been going through some stuff with my Unit that ultimately led them to lie to me on multiple fronts and then right at the end of my ETS they involuntarily sent me to the IRR where I quickly found I had no option to reenlist and was forced to retire. I need to know where I can go in order to go above my Chain to get help with this, I have used the IG, ADC, filed an Article 138 while in flux with the retirement but now the Commander has refused to do anything with the 138 because by the AFI I am technically separated/retired and thus it becomes a BCMR case....I have a BCMR in the works already for medical stuff but I cannot let this sit unhandled for all they have done not to just me but certainly more folks forcing them out right at the end of their enlistment where they cannot fight back with extremely short timelines and breaking all sorts of policy and regulations. Who can I seek help from above Wing/Base level that handles stuff like this???

I understand wanting things done correctly and, in some cases, seeking accountability for past injustices. My experience is that it is something that is very hard to get, and if you have exhausted all of the available options listed above, I don't know where you might even seek redress. Note that this is aside from the issues you did say you were pursuing that might gain you compensation and benefits. The difference between holding folks accountable for admin decisions, even if erroneous, and seeking compensation and benefits is that for the former, people have often moved on from their positions, have different commanders now, and are going to not be "liable," while compensation is a personal right and there are statutory and legal protections for those (even Constitutional due process rights when you have a property interest in something- though this is rarely fought out because of the clear cut statutory entitlements making constitutional argument usually extraneous).

I would focus the fight on getting what you are due and let karma, cosmic justice, or St. Peter sort out the past sins of others. It's just my opinion, but the effort, be it emotional, financial, or otherwise, is almost never worth it. (Note that I am not talking about criminal actions- those are a separate issue).
