Anyone have information on why a claim would go from Pending Decision Approval back to Preparation for Decision? Is this a negative thing? The claims “hotline” was of no help other than to tell us it happens. I’ve read the C&P reports on blue button and what they recommended is pretty cut and dry.
My husband has a current combined rating at 90%.
70% post traumatic stress disorder to include major depressive disorder
30% shrapnel wounds to the right calf and muscle group XI with loss of muscle mass
30% migraines
10% scars on the right calf due to shrapnel wounds
20% traumatic arthritis of the left shoulder status post shrapnel wounds
New claim includes diagnosed anxiety as a secondary to ptsd, right leg (knee & ankle) and individual unemployability.
Any help/information would be helpful
