Claim closed but haven’t heard if Unfit?

I just check the VA app and it says they decided on my claim but I haven’t heard if I’m unfit. I attached a screenshot. Does this mean my claim is complete and I should get my 199 soon?

My claim closed 30 August and I got my findings 4 December. I’d expect at least early March until you hear anything if Navy/Marines.

Close friend had his close early November and he got his peb findings end of November. I got my case closed on 19Dec and was told it would be 3-7 weeks until I get my peb findings
