USMC medical retirement here with an EAS of 20241030. I signed a pg 11 from my LtCol stating that he wants to give me a general under honorable conditions discharge with my medical retirement. I called IPAC outbound to see if that’s possible and they said it is. I was wondering, what if I just don’t give them the pg 11? If I go tomorrow to IPAC, I won’t get my dd214 until the 25th and my flight home is the 29th. Could they even do anything to me? My command wants a copy of my dd214 to verify that I’m getting a general, but even if they wanted to do something about it can they?
