So I got my VA ratings (100%) and went over them with my MSC an he mentioned my Chapter 35 benefits. It reads "Chapter 35 will be addressed on final not warranted due to RFEs? Anyone have any experience with this or know what it means?

Chapter 35 requires a permanent rating, not just a total rating. I am guessing a RFE would be a Request For Evidence or likely a future exam scheduled. Chapter 35 is often not really addressed very well, because technically its not your benefits, its your dependent's benefit.

That was my guess since I am TDRL for now but wasn't sure, although I have no future exams from the VA (minus the TDRL re-eval) . Just want to check on it because I have a 7 year old son. Thanks for the reply

I am in the same situation with no future appointments. I am waiting on my final award letter. My last day in the Army is the 29th of April. Hopefully I will know something shortly after.

If you don't mind, would you let me know what the outcome is

My neighbor mentioned something about Chapter 35, what does it provide for dependents?

~1000 a month while enrolled in school. They are removed as your dependent for VA comp purposes and they get a check from the VA instead. Basically its the Montgomery G.I. Bill for the dependent, which in certain states that cover tuition for dependents, amounts to pretty close to the same as post 9/11 G.I. Bill for the dependent.
