So I have been medically retired for about 2 months now and I just received a call from my case manager stating that since I know how to access all my resources my case management will be deactivated now is this normal and should I be concerned?

Was this while you were being managed while on active duty? I would say "yes" it is normal, all they do is help you get through the initial transition, show you how to access the resources you need, such as VA, etc. What branch were you?

I was in the Air Force and this was done just earlier today I was medically retired in August though, don't know if that helps.

On Navy side, DOD case management is discontinued after your retirement process complete, because you are no longer a DOD employee.
