Case Boarded....Medical Advisory completed but didn’t receive a copy of it

Does anyone have any insight on rather it is a good or bad thing that a decision was made on my case but I never received a copy of the Medical Advisory that was performed in October 2019?
Please see attached email from ABCMR I received today.

Timeline-

Honorable Discharge in April 2002 for Personality Disorder

October 2016-VA disability for PTSD and MDD 70%with IU

MAY 2017–VA disability for PTSD and MDD 100% P/T

December 2018–ABCMR confirms receipt of application

October 2019- ABCMR states my application will require medical advisory opinion

March 2021–Please see attached email

Any help you can provide will be really helpful.

I would recommend that you reply and ask for a copy of the advisory opinion. You should have been provided a copy of the opinion as well as the opportunity to reply to it
