CARE GIVERS

Greetings, I'm a 80% disabled Vet, I'm in school using my GI Bill, but Im having too many issues keeping track with registrations, courses and medical appointments, eventhough I have a job and my wife has one as well, my wife has to take too much time of his own to make sure I make the appointments and I stay in track somehow with my school, also she does take care of most of my medical issues and makes sure my medications are taken on time...Will that qualify her as a VA care giver, I hate to have her always on top of my issues and obviously taken time of her own please let me know any insights. Thank you.

I'm no expert but I would think that's a question for the VA, Here's a Link that may offer some insight and lists the criteria. Link: http://www.vabenefitblog.com/final-rule-for-caregiver-program-set-applications-open/

If you have more questions after some research stop by again, GOOD LUCK ;)
