I have been in the PEB process for 135 days now. The timeline says 120 days. I have been in the post VA phase back at the PEB waiting for official ratings for 48 days now. My Peblo said nothing has changed yesterday morning. I am in the QA phase when I called they said they have 700 cases in that phase. I am really trying to be out of here by Thanksgiving. Can legal call the PEB and ask why my deadline hasn't been met and will that make them push it through faster since it is overdue?
I just got ratings, waited 108 days after the VA phase. Just hang in there. Everyone is impatient. Doubt legal would do anything except advise you on what you can do. Counsel not representative.

Legal won't be able to help you. The day counts are goals and nothing more. They are not required by any means to meet them 100% of the time. Some cases go faster than others. As you can see from some of the other responses and my timeline it will take time. Sorry to say but it is unlikely you will be out of your location by Thanksgiving.

No, legal is not going to contact the PEB to see why a "proposed" deadline has not been met. It is not likley you will be finished by Thanksgiving so you may want to submit a leave request.
