I have to go back to get a C&P reevaluation with VES. I already received my proposed VA % of 100%. What are the odds that the reevaluation will change the proposed rating? The reevaluation is of my back and my primary claim is behavioral health.

It depends on if conditions have improved, remain the same, or gotten worse.
But I’m still in the IDES process and was just evaluated a little over a month ago. So it’s kind of strange. It’s a condition they didn’t even properly evaluate during the first set of exams
That important info wasn’t in your post, so scratch everything I said. Some VA rating require a reevaluation at a set interval. Usually these happen after separation. Contact your VA MSC.
