markinoa1, I do feel similar in the way you are thinking. I have read about some weird post and the worse was where someone felt a pregnancy should be counted. I've seen my report from the VA and it was a disaster, wrong arm, not following regs,.... I try hard not to judge people on what their ailments are or how bad they might be. Are some of these people looking for free money, I would say yes but I don't know the facts. Does it clutter the system, yes but this is our world. My county VA rep even stated similar views as yours and I think a lot of us agree. The problem is I can't judge anyone else on their ailments because of the lack of facts and I can't judge your ailments either for the same reason.
As a side note, VA VocRehab turned me away from assistance because they didn't feel I could work. I pushed for an evaluation and it was completed yesterday. They are recommending only part time work and that is not going to support my family. I don't know what to do next but I'm beginning to think they are right. Question to you, when do I give up and accept their findings? Not condemning you because I'm guessing your frustrated.
