I am still trying to understand and research as much as I can about the process and likelihood of me getting out based on my current submitted package. Looking at other's timelines is the only thing keeping me sane and my anxiety somewhat in check. My NARSUM package doesn't fully exhibit the scope of what I am going through, and I later revealed some other stuff I have gone through to my provider, so I am very concerned that if I am denied the MEB what will I do. But that being said, here is my timeline so far.

IRLO Stage
December 16, 2025- NARSUM was made and submitted by MH provider
January 12, 2026- Profile was put into code 37 & PEBLO reached out
January 15-19, 2026- Was admitted and released from inpatient program for an attempt
January 22, 2026- MEB interview sheet submitted to PEBLO
February 7, 2026- CIS was signed and submitted to PEBLO (Do Not Retain)
February 9, 2026- PEBLO sent package to AFPC for review
February- March 2026- Reaching out to PEBLO for updates (Was told they are backed up and there will be delays: 30–45-day delay)
 
Been getting updates from PEBLO and according to her, as of 17 March, they are currently working on mid-January cases. Based on this information I'm hoping to receive a decision ranging from next week to the beginning of April.
 
Just talked to my PEBLO today and she received a message from AFPC that they are reviewing cases from January 25th this week.
 
I feel like I am slowly losing my mind with all of this waiting and complete silence. It feels like the days are just dragging out. Am I going to go through the MEB or RTD? So much unknown.

Same boat, truth be told. My case was sent up to AFPC on Feb 12, so not long after you. They're REALLY dragging their feet with this it feels, huh?

Also did you get to see your NARSUM before they sent it up? I never got to see mine before it was sent out.

Yes, I was able to see my NARSUM but it was after it was already sent up to AFPC. I feel like there could've been a lot more that was added to it but it is what it is. Have you tried reaching out to your PCM, MH provider, or PEBLO so that you can at least know what was added to your NARSUM?

As of today, no I have not heard anything back. I usually do weekly checkups with my PEBLO and earlier this week she told me I should hear about their decision in about 2 weeks.
 
Mine got sent February 26 and the update I got from her today is that to expect get result between 8- 10 weeks ( can be longer ) pffff my mental can’t take it anymore…

Congrats on the full MEB. My timeline is AD Air Force but I’m fairly certain you fall under the same category as far as timelines go. You can see my full “Full MEB” to today, just waiting on orders.

My mental health C&P exam is today, and I am completely overwhelmed with anxiety right now.

I was the same way after mine, being (one of) my referred condition and all. Appointment was only about 20 minutes long and I was freaking out. But my examiner must’ve done his homework on my case, ended up with 70% out of it so if you can, take some self help time to calm yourself and just know it’ll be alright.
