Case was assigned 11/20/2021. 12/16/2021 received 3947 and after discussing with my attorneys and the NVLSP, I signed it and sent it back today.

That’s extremely fast! Congrats on that!
 
I think its because there is already 18 years worth of medical records from the VA that they were able to go off of. Not sure though.
 
Received an email today (02/23/2022) offering permanent retirement with a percentage rating of 50%. Haven't heard back from the law firm yet.

What do you think about their offer?
 
I feel vindicated almost 20 years later. Still waiting on the attorney and NVLSP. What comes with permanent disability retirement at 50%? I have had 100% VA since 10/2003.
