Biggest tip I found for getting my claim approved

I had someone tell me to download 38 CFR Vol 4 part 1 I did and so far I've been successful getting almost all my claims approved. Its not a silver bullet but it helps with VA stuff:

I couldn't agree more. Understanding the basic principles of VA ratings is essential to a good outcome. Information is your friend. Assuming that your Doc, PELBO, Caseworker... know this information is probably a fallacy.
