Being referred to MEB for chronic migraines

Hey everyone,
I posted about my situation a while back, but I have more questions. I have been seeking treatment for migraines for about a year now to no avail. I have tried Botox, occipital nerve blocks, and a variety of meds with nothing working. I have 15-20 migraines a month, with about 4-5 a month not responding to any abortive meds when I take them and rendering me incapacitated. The other 10-15 of the migraines are usually a 6 out of 10 pain wise and bad enough to where physically I can’t exert myself but I’m just barely able to continue with my desk job. I can’t do a PFT/CFT, rifle range, or pistol range because all of these would trigger/ exasperate a migraine. I feel I’m unfit for duty, but I have heard that finding can be hard to get. What can I do to improve my odds? I already keep a comprehensive log of all migraines and see a neurologist.
