So the VA examiner that did my PTSD exam didnt mark half of my symptoms(ie nightmares). I also have history of the symptoms(literally on nightmare medication) and I dont think anyone looked at my history. So I am requesting a FPEB. My lawyer from the ODC told me to schedule an appointment to be evaluated with my MH provider to get more accurate evidence. I called my base MH and they told me they cant do an examination. Since the VA already evaluated and rated me and made their decision. They cant do an exam because the VA already looked at my history. SOOOOOO is there a way I can be seen by someone else? Ill pay out of pocket. IDC. I just want to stop getting fucked by everyone.

Yeah just call around and be honest why. If your medical notes have that information but it didn't get put into your DBQ you can just request a VARR and include medical evidence showing those symptoms and argue your % should be higher. A FPEB is to add a condition or argue if something is combat related or not or as a delay tactic. A FPEB itself can change the % if the condition has already been found unfit.
