Hi, not really in regards to meb but i'm being meb and self referred myself to asap because of addiction to pain meds i've been prescribed from my doctors. My 1sg wont approve my 8003 form and so my co wont sign off on the form either. What route do i need to take so i can get my CO to sign off on this form? His reason for not signing off on this form is i wont go to the facility where he knows the doctors and will know what i say. Thanks
